SINGLE SYSTEM (paint, stains & lacquers)

1. A paint gun is used: instantly the monitor senses the flow in the compressed air pipe and signals the control panel.
2. Fan motor start and run at 100% volume.
3. Gun not in use: 2 min delay and fan flow reduced down to 50% volume.
4. No more gun use: 2 minute delay fan flow reduced down to 25% volume
5. After 2 minutes system would shut down.
6. Gun reused: fan returns to 100% volume (cycle continuous.)

SINGLE SYSTEM (water based only)
 
1. System starts from use of spray gun.
2. Fan runs at 50% volume as required
3. Gun not in use: 2 min delay, fan flow reduced down to 25% volume
4. After 2 minutes system would shut down
5. Gun reused: fan returns to 50% volume (cycle continuous.)

DUAL SYSTEM (Which basically incorporates both the above).

Customers Responsibility
Free issue flow valve to be installed into compressed air line by others.
Electrician to wire the mains to the panel, panel to the fan(s) and flow valve to control panel (see below)
3 Phase 415V neutral & earth supply to suit existing fan(s)
